END OF EVENT MEETUP: Last evening on 12th June for a mini exhibition of work produced during the week, followed by a group meal onsite.

TUTOR:
Eugenie Vronskaya teaches at Heatherleys School of Fine Art.
Eugenie says her 3 days of tuition is for those artists wanting to explore how to find their own language, rather than the traditional sense of painting.

Northcourt House is a magnificent historic Jacobian Manor house with beautiful gardens, which the artists have permission to paint in throughout the day.
LSAG will be hiring the North wing of the main manor house with accommodation for 16 – 20 people. It is self catering with grand, regal rooms and a large well equipped kitchen.
(Some additional accommodation may be available on site, possibly as B&B.)
Caterers will be used to supply 2 evening meals on the first and last nights in the grand hall.
Other meals are by self catering or eating out.
If we have a few cooking volunteers – we may host a DIY group meal on one or more evenings using Northcourt’s lovely kitchen.
Those attending can choose to attend the Art Tuition, or to do their own painting, or to organise outings amongst themselves.
The Grand Hall can also be used for artists as an indoor base if needed, with care and floor protection.
We may hire a mini bus for some trips out, subject to interest.
The week will end with our mini exhibition of artwork produced during the week followed by a group meal.

COST:
ACCOMMODATION estimated to be £240 – £295 /person for 7 days, depending on the numbers booked and which building.

Meals are not included since the accommodation is Self Catering. Group meals cost will be shared across those attending.
TUITION estimated to be £110 – £180 / person for 3 days depending on the number of artists booked.
Deposit £50 / artist wanting Tuition paid by 31st January 2025.
Balance payable by 31st March 2025.
Balance amounts will be advised by 15th March.

Your deposit is required by 31st January with the balance payable by 31st March 2025.
Deposits are non refundable. Cancellations after 7th March can only be refunded, if your room or tuition place is able to be reallocated to a new booking with the same number of people.
OPEN TO:
Predominantly LSAG Members, with a guest if sharing a room.
Single rooms will be limited due to limited number of rooms available. If rooms are not taken up by members, then more single rooms and guests will be allowed.

Up to 22, depending on accommodation available and booked.
